Follow the tips below when taking pictures of your pet.
If you can't follow these steps exactly, don't worry! We have a dedicated team that checks all orders and photos as they come in.
If your photo does not meet our standards, we will notify you within 12 hours of receiving your order and help you choose a more appropriate photo

Close-up photos work best

Take pictures at eye level with your pet

Take photos in natural light, not flash

Try to get your pet to sit or stay still - make sure there is no blurring

Make sure the long, fluffy ears are in the picture and out of frame

Requires a minimum size of 500px x 500px
